Why does my gate drag after heavy rain?
The hinge post has probably leaned as the clay softened. Sometimes the hinges can be adjusted. If the post moves by hand, it needs to be reset deeper.
Can an opener be added to my existing gate?

Do I need electrical work for a gate operator?
